The International Dostoevsky Society was created in 1971 to further the study of this remarkable writer and his work. With regional organizations in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Scandinavia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, the Society facilitates communication and collaboration among Dostoevsky scholars worldwide.
DIGITAL DOSTOEVSKY
Digital Dostoevsky is a computational text analysis project on a corpus of 5 novels and two novellas by Fyodor Dostoevsky. It is a digital humanities project which emerges out of our long-standing interest in traditional philological analysis.

MAPPING DOSTOEVSKY
The maps presented here are the results of a pilot project, Mapping Crime and Punishment, which aimed to experiment with forms of literary cartography and examine the use of Petersburg space in Dostoevsky’s 1866 novel.

«МОСКОВСКИЙ ДОМ ДОСТОЕВСКОГО»
Музей расположен в северном флигеле бывшей Мариинской больницы для бедных, построенной в 1806 году И. Жилярди и А.Михайловым по проекту Д.Кваренги в стиле позднего русского классицизма. Именно здесь занимала небольшую квартиру семья лекаря М. А. Достоевского, отца будущего писателя.
